Got my push-ups in today.  Was tough but got them in. 25 29 25 25 36.  Had to stop and go with 5 sec breaks inbetween on the final 36 3 times.  But got them all in.  Shaking and all.:)

I have a love/hate relationship with that shaky feeling. Whenever I hit that point I repeatedly tell myself, "Sweet Teena ... this is the time that really counts, the other stuff was all garbage, push it here."

Like I said, it's a love/hate thing!!

Ry and I did run on the trail but we did not head out until about 9:30ish. I think most of the Chumps went around 6:00. What time were you there?

Dale- Feeling good havent been good about doing the rehab on it. But its feeling good and didnt feel it really on the run or ice skating afterwards.

Kathie- TY your really coming along great too. Your inspiring to me to keep going.

Teena- Yea its a good feeling to do that. And I know I am pushing hard when I do hit that shaky feeling. Ah hmm got down there around 7:15 and only did those 7. So we missed you by a few mins maybe.
