Got some good sleep last night.  And my pain in the back is all but gone now.  My ankle is feeling better today.  I stretched out 3 times yesterday and so I am feeling better today.

Yea, Yea, Yea! Are you going running tonight?

I just talked to Dan about Wasatch back I am getting so excited!

From Smooth on Tue, Jan 27, 2009 at 16:09:08

YES!!! I am so happy to hear all the achy breaky things are now history. Keep up whatever you're doing. A good night sleep does wonder!!!

That's good that your pains are diminishing. By the way, I thought about you on Saturday as i twisted my ankle during my run. (no harm done fortunately!)

Mark,

Okay ... you and I need to make a pact ... no more injuries! You watch my back and I'll watch yours. No holds barred - if we see each other making stupid decisions regarding running (which I often do) we take action!

What do you think?

Kathie- Ya I didnt get in a run. Issues with the treadmill at the moment. It is slipping alot. I did get a email from Dan. Looks like I will be runner 8 this yr. I am so excited to start that up. Also I just signed up for the SLC running series too. Now to actually start running.

Smooth- Yeah its feeling better. Now to start running again.

Cal- Oh don't twist a ankle on my account man. Ankle is feeling good today. No pain yet but I havent ran yet either.

Teena- Its a deal. No more injuries!!!

Did you run? The weather and road was perfect today.
