Got up and did the push-up challenge day 2 of week 3.  Hit the 20, 25, 15, 15 and then really struggled with maxing out the 25.  Was tough in the 4th set.  And was really shaking and had to stop 2 times in the last 25 before squeaking out the 25.

Hey ICMSAM!!! You beat me by 2 weeks and 5 push ups. Don't let a little 'olady beat you now.

PM me if you're interested in the FRB group run on Sat.

Kathie, you're invited too.

You guys are all going to look great with all those pushups your doing. Are you still doing pullups as well?

From montelepsy on Mon, Feb 09, 2009 at 04:49:32

You've got to let me know how the pushup program works out. When I went to military training for 12 weeks, we had people who couldn't do the minimum number of pushups and where held back or eliminated from training. And they were put on a program for the duration of the training. The requirement wasn't very much, definitely under a 100. I'm just curious to see if 100 in 6 weeks is doable.

I think I will be repeating the 3rd week the 120 at the end of week 3 was just to much for me. I did the last set that I needed to do 28 I hit 23 and couldnt do any more without stopping.
