Had a busy weekend getting ready for the wedding. And missed doing our long run. So today before getting to work did some working out. Did planks, lunges, flamingos, up ups down downs, push-ups and bridges.

Smooth- Oh there getting there. Just got to keep up the routines the best I can with all the distractions.:)
MarcE- Going to be going up to Colorado skiing. Was planning on doing the trip with her family. And so now we are just going to be doing some of it just the 2 of us with the rest coming after we leave.:)
She has a wonderful family.
Kathie- I need to get in some sort of workout today. I will try to get some thing in later today before I leave work.
