Had to get in a long run before the marathon coming up at least to build my confidence for the race.  So went out for a 10 miler.  It was a pretty good run.  Tried to pick up the the pace for the second half.  At least make it a stronger effort.  Only problem is that the first half was down hill.  And the 2nd uphill.  Had 2 sky bridges to cross over bangater highway.  And messed up the pace for that mile.  Overall felt really good about the run.

Wow Huans..you have quite the Marathon Schedule this year! I'd like to get to do more than one a year. The Utah Valley one looks nice, I love running from Wallsberg..Too bad I'm not ready for a Marathon right now! Soon enough tho...:)Good luck with your Upcoming Marathon...Ogden right?

Slick- Sorry I didn't get back with you. Made breakfast and then had to let it settle before going out.

Smooth- Thanks Smooth. I am sure she would like that.:)

Missy- Oh I don't know if I am in marathon shape. Not enough long runs.:(

Vinh- Not really any goals for it. Just to finish it right now. Maybe around 3:30-4 LOL. Just run it nice and easy long run.

Nice run you will do fine on Saturday. You should pace me to a 3:50...I am not is shape to do that pace so you will have to kick my butt!

From Rhett on Mon, May 10, 2010 at 13:27:23 from 74.41.249.102

I agree with Kathie. Since you are planning on making it a nice long training run, you should pace her to a 3:50 or maybe a 3:45. She can do 3:45. She just doesn't know it yet.

Mark - that would be a great way to cruse through a long run marathon - pace somebody!
