In the morning did a light workout of the normal stuff.  When I got home did one mile warm up and then was going to hit the MP of 8:00 for next 2.  Went pretty well I guess.  Yet the 2 were a bit faster then I needed but still good.

Nice job Mark. I am committed to running by feel at Ogden. I have never done that in a Marathon. Will only run at a pace that feels pretty easy. If I am ok after the dam, will try to pick it up a bit. I have no idea what this will relate to in finishing time. We may be on the same pace, who knows. Like you said, this will be a good training run, STG is not far away.
