Jammed my finger on Tues night. So passed on playing tonight and went to the gym with MrsFit instead. Ran 3 miles and then elliptical for 20 mins. Wasn't to bad really.

Well injury update. Finger was still sore for playing last week. Did play in Sat game that we won. Played again last night. I can tell that I haven't been running much for sure. But still kept up with everyone just fine.
As for the Tri training. Goal was to start into it this month. Just been looking at houses in our free time after work and on the weekends. So its been a bit tough.:(
