Late night last night. So no early morning run this morning. Might take and do some core work and such tonight after work. Will see. Should be a good rest before the great run tomorrow morning.

Have you ever run on trails before? I'm sure you have. I love running on trails. My favorite so far was the XTERRA 10K I did earlier this year. It was a killer, but it was so peaceful with some amazing views.
Have fun tomorrow. Can't wait to hear all about it.
Dale- I havent really ran trails for say. I run in woodchips alot at the park and that rail trail up at PC that we trained on. That last 5k was on trails too. Just not alot really though.

Maybe sometime soon we could meet halfway and run on the Legacy Parkway Trail. I'd really like to check that out. I see a lot of people running on that trail.
