Little change up on today's run.  Picked up Alex to run again after work.  And decided to invite my bro John to run too.  He kind of needed the company.  So we waited around about a hr for him to show up.  And ran with him for about 2miles before he called it good.  He was a bit over dressed for the run.  But all worked out good in the end.   Had a good dinner and chat with both with them.  So good run for those 2.  I was just warming up.  Might have to make Tues a little longer run.

Was good to run with Alex again.  And looks like Mon and Wen are going to be my easy runs with him.  And hopefully can get John running more.

Mile 1 9:41

Mile 2 9:27

Mile 2.55 6:13 (11:18 pace)  Hit mile 2 and then slow jog.  Sprint race for last .1 with Alex.:)

So, you go run after work with your buddies and then grab dinner... I like the sound of that!

Nice job, easy runs are good to build in!!! And if you are with good company that is all that matters. Your pace at the end was AWESOME!

Sounds like fun. Who won the sprint?

Maynard- Yeah it was fun.:)

Kelli- LOL yeah it was a slow trot at the end of it. Going to be running with them again today. Hopefully we will get my brother in the right gear so he doesn't overheat like last time.:)

Kathie- :)

Rhett- Well I couldn't let my Nephew win. But I wasn't going to let him quit either. So kept it close till the very end.:)
