Not sure what I did on Sat as the day progessed I got a horrible pain in my back like it was out. So I kept tring to pop it. It was right in between my shoulder blades. And was giving me a horrible headache. Sunday comes around and it only was getting worse. The pain was now in the front and the back. And was making it hard to breath at times. Couldnt get comfortable at all. Blowing my poor runny nose was painful too. My brother is a massage therapist and had him come and try to put it back in or something. Well 2 hrs later and alot of getting worked over and talking. It was all coming from that wonderful ankle I twisted and still having some issues with I guess. Gave me a bunch of stretches for my ankle and excercises for that. And also for different ways to strengthen this and that. My shoulders were really tight and sore with the headache was due to the stress still from that ankle. It is just amazing to me how much our body is connected to other parts of it. So I am still icing it and tring to work all the rest of my body that is being over worked due to that wonderful ankle of mine. As for starting Ogden training I am still not sure if I will or just back off still and do some shorter distances and just have SGM as my main race for this yr. We will just have to see how my body is doing. I am not to worried though. My body can sure use a good rest and sounds like a good lot of stretching. |
