Played Bball tonight. Played mostly half court and the last game was full court. We played for 2 hrs too. So a good workout.

Smooth- Yeah I am feeling more stronger down there in my lower legs. Its good. I am glad I got the right footwear this time.
Teena- I know I can't wait to see you guys this weekend. Oh Sorry I haven't called you back. Are car is full since we are taking the girls down to the race to grandma's house.:)
