Played again for 2 hrs of hoop.  Half court again most of the night.  And I actually think I am getting worse at it.:(  But been here before.  I should start hitting my shots more .  The speed and such are there.  Just need to start hitting my shots.  Good xtraining.:)  Not sure if I will get in another run before the race this weekend.

Nice cross training! I'm sure you'll be okay for the race. Just don't get injured playing bball. I always seem to when I play sports.

Yeah I am thinking I should do fine. I did get minor injuries last night. Bit crazy fouls. And took one in the mouth. But I am ok.:) Next week is when I start my marathon training for the race in May.
