Rhett- ?? Has she been running long? SG was her 2nd full marathon. But she has done a bunch of halfs. But training for Tris now. She started running around the same time that I did. I ran SLC full as my frist race which was her first half.

Burr! Good for you and Kristi braving the wind. We got a lot of snow in Lehi. It is very windy and cold here. I don't like the wind!

Duh!!!! For some reason I thought I was reading Fly's blog when I posted that. He has never mentioned his wife running. I know Kristi has been running, etc. Silly me.

Is it the cold that makes your knee hurt?
Nice job on the run!

Smooth- I tell ya. Wind is a bad thing.:)
Rhett- Ah that would explain it. I was a bit unsure if I should of said something or not.:) Its all good bro.
Teena- Hmm I think my knee was sore for say due to playing flag football on Sat. And I didn't stretch out much afterwards. It was more like stiff and wouldn't bend right.:(
