Rest day. Feeling good about getting in 4 runs this week. And needing a rest day if I am going to run with Fly and Andy tomorrow. Both are awesome runners and fun to run with. The hard part will be keeping up.:)

Nothing is set yet. Only that we wanted to get together. I don't have his number anymore. So haven't talked about that yet. Anytime work better for you??

My wife has a work meeting from 8 to 10. How about 10ish?
My first choice would be Bonneville Shoreline Trail but I'm up for what ever. Mileage wise I could do what ever but would prefer not too long.
As of now there is a 40% chance of snow or rain. :( But what ever.
