Rest day again. I was planning on starting a long training schedule for Ogden. 24 weeks. Well that isnt going to happen. And looking over my training for the last few months. It seems I havent been able to hit my weekly mileage as well as I have hoped to. I am feeling that going for the 50-70 might be to much for me just yet. And so the 35-50 is more reasonable for now. And shooting for 5 training days. The ankle keeps flaring up here and there all the time. So I am just going to work on getting that healed up and keeping it nice and slow. While I still have time for my training to really start. So just icing it and resting it today. I also have alot going on with moving again this week and hopefully be done before Christmas. |
