Rest day.  Felt good this morning just didnt reset my alarm for the right time to get up to run.  The ankle started acting up for no reason around 3pm and felt better by 4.  I am not sure wearing cowboy boots though to my daughters daddy daughter hoe down thing was such a great idea.  OUCH that line dancing can get crazy in boots.  Hopeful no damage done.  Will pass on tomorrows morning run most likely if I can walk in the morning.
