Rest day today.  I was able to get moved well.  Worked out that I am crashing at my parents house till my brother gets another room done in his basement for his girls.  It is all working out nicely.  Ankle is feeling better since I have taken a break of running on it.  And plan on hitting a few days this week and hopefully back to normal soon.  Alot of changes going on and it is working out well.

Happy to hear your move went well and the ankle is getting better. Changes are difficult sometimes; but with the new year coming soon, it's good to have new hopes with new changes. May the new changes bring about good things to you.

Glad to hear that the ankle is feeling better Mark. Slick wants us to plan a long run with him ... so let me know when you are ready. Although you boys will smoke me ... still sounds like fun.

Glad you got all moved.

Smooth- Thanks ya I am looking forward to another good year. I am sure the changes I have recently made will only be good. Time for some New Year resolutions.:)

Teena- I am up for a run anytime. Havent got my ankle out running yet. But I am sure its feeling better. Slick was saying something about joining me for that New Years eve beat the clock race.

Mark...

Sounds like a fun race. I'll see what I can do. They're making us work New Year's Eve. Hopefully they'll be nice and let us off early, but I'm not counting on it.
