Mark,

Do you have a pain scale like Teena or percentage of healing? How long has it been since you "injured" it?

Resting is the best thing. Do you know rest is a very important part of trainin?...injured or not. Good luck on the moving and getting Christmasy.

Hey Mark!

Hope your ankle is healing up nicely!! Can't wait to see you on the trail!

Dale- I dont know how smart I was before. But it has made me want to get it healed full before continuing on more.

Smooth- The pain isnt horrible bad. It is more that it isnt improving. I thought I was back to full but then I would push it running and feel I have fallen back. I have pain walking around on it where at first it was just a little bit. I might be fine with taking it easier more but then I feel pain through the day for it. Which says I am still pushing too much on it still. So I will just back off more again. As for when did it happen it was a week before Thanksgiving. So it just keeps coming and going. Still so I am just backing off on it totally and letting it heal up. I thought I was up to a 90% but back down to 80% for the last few days.

Teena- Oh I hope its going in the right direction. I am going to rest it all this week and spend that time packing.
