Slept in some so just ran on the treadmill.  Ankle acted up a few times.  But wasnt to bad.  Wanted to get in at least 10 and made it to 13.  First 2 miles were at a 8:36 pace then up it to 8:00 for the rest of the run.  Ankle was quite sore at the end of the night.  So iced it and going to be better about icing it.  Did get enough time after my run to ice it.  Went out and tried to get some of the snow removed before my parents came home.

Way to shovel for your parents. I hope they went someplace warm and fun

You ran a half-marathon on the treadmill with sore ankle? You're incredible!!! GOOD JOB!!!

Your parents gonna be so happy you took such good care of their house. Now take good care of that ankle.
