Tempo run with the boys. Had Aaron, Pete, JeffC and Eric show up for the run. Ran 2 miles with Aaron before hand. And then added another 1.5 warm up into the headwind. Then we ran 3 mile at MP 7:26 or at least that was the goal. I had Aaron try and keep pace with me. He stuck with me up till the last .25 or so where it was into a crosswind and uphill. I ended up dropping just a few secs there too. But still a good run. Then 1 mile cooldown into the wind again. Kind of changed up the run here to focus on paces with the guys. And doing the warm-up and cooldown into the wind.

Looking good. Are you starting to feel confident for SGM?

Yeah I am feeling good about it. My primary goal is to just be able to do it. As for BQing that is another question. I am working on a few things right now. Like hydration and fuel intake. So I don't crash and burn like I have the last few marathons.
