Tried a little different route today.  Going to work on getting in runs each day.  To get back into getting miles in again.  So nice and easy run today.  Ran into a friend of mine that ran a sub 3 at SG and going to Boston.  Hopefully I will get to run with him a bit more often.  Even though he is a bit faster then me.  Might rub off on me some.:)  Temp was 62 and just perfect.

Good job Mark.

Do you think you'll use the FIRST program in training for your next marathon?

From Huans32 on Wed, Nov 04, 2009 at 10:41:21 from 138.64.2.76

Kathie- Getting some miles in.

Tim- Got to take advantage of the weather.

Cal- Good question. I normally do that one. But with my next marathon at Ogden. I have like 3 months before training starts.

Flat- Yeah seems to keep things going in the right direction.:)

Teena- Thanks Teena.

Dale- Decided to pass on doing CIM. Was going to be at least $500 to do the race and such. So passed on it.

Paul- Thanks man.
