Was planning on running this morning. But last night decided to play BBall at the church instead. Had a blast and ankle was just a 2/10 while playing. It was good to play with the boys. Man has my vertical jump gone to the way side since I have been running. And my outside shoot was off alot. My inside game was great though. Played for a bit over 2 hrs. So calling it a good farlak workout.:) |
