Was planning on running this morning.  But last night decided to play BBall at the church instead.  Had a blast and ankle was just a 2/10 while playing.  It was good to play with the boys.  Man has my vertical jump gone to the way side since I have been running.  And my outside shoot was off alot.  My inside game was great though.  Played for a bit over 2 hrs.  So calling it a good farlak workout.:)

Sweet!!

Church ball can be dangerous though ... BE CAREFUL!!

(Ry often times tries to show-off for me and ends up hurting himself. About 6 months ago he went for a dunk and ended up throwing out his back ... seriously, BE CAREFUL -- especially if you have any lady friends watching ... I know how you men are!)

Nice to see you posting again. Guess you just couldn't stay away. Basketball on a sore anke is brave. Glad you didn't re-injure it.

Yeah it can be dangerous. I was taking it easy. Well as easy as I can take playing anything. I figured it was more important to bond with people in the ward more then doing my own thing for some reason. And lately anyone I have been tring to strengthen my ankles more. And as much as I hate to think I could twist my ankle or something playing. I am tring to get advantage of the change to get it stronger.

Hey ICMSAM, a little church ball is great fun. Be careful though.

Are you interested in a group run in Lehi? We're meeting at 7:30 am on the Jordon River Parkway. I can PM you for driving direction. It's a great trail. Check Kelli's post for more info. The meeting/parking area is the mid point of this 11 mile trail. You can run 5 one way and turn back to the car for a 10 miler and run the other way for however mileage you need. I'm doing 16.
