Went down to the JRP to run. Was a great morning for a run. Was barely snowing off and on. With really no snow on the trail. We head out at a good pace. But it felt good and we just kept cruising along. I think my watch was off around the turn around point. And ended up with 14.48 miles to MissFit's 14. And we hit it in 2hrs flat. So was a good long run. My last one as a single man.

Nice long run. That is the longest you have gone in a while isn't it? How do the legs feel now?

Maurine- Thanks I am excited.

Smooth- I cant wait to see you.:)

Dale- Thanks Dale just getting in the miles.

Rhett- Ya its been the longest and only run in a week. Was planning on a 16 miler last week and it didnt happen. Hoping to get some runs in this week. Just to make Ogden easier. But once things calm down I will hit it harder again. Legs felt great on the run. At 10 I felt I could go alot more. But by 14 I was feeling done.

Marc- Oh yeah!!!
