Went to bed last night at 7 to get up at 3:30 to run.  Got up to run and watch wouldnt work.  I thought I got it working last night.  But it wouldnt turn on.  So went and got the key to the club house to run in there.  Door wouldnt open up.  So instead of running I went back to bed and crashed for a couple hrs more.  Will just have to run after dropping the kids off tonight.:(  Been feeling tired and having headaches for a few months now.  Having issues with a tooth I hope to have taken care of next week.  And will feel better again.

PM- Played around 40 mins softball with the ward. Looks like we took 1st in the stake. Mostly due to the fact we showed up with a full team each week. After that dropped the girls off and went for a run. Started around 8:20 was going to be a tempo run. Not sure if I can call it since I missed my splits alot. Mostly due to the storm that was brewing. Had a strong cross wind. That kind of blew me around. So I felt good with the efforts though and found it to be a good workout none the less. Was alot more traffic tonight on the airport road. Forcing me to run on the gravel.

Sounds like the running gods were conspiring against you this morning.

Sorry about the tooth, tiredness and headaches. Are you eating enough iron-rich food?

Wet your singlet and/or hat when you run in the heat this evening if the temp is still in the 80's. GOOD LUCK buddy!

Mark, I probably would have done the same thing...actually I did. It was barely raining, but enough that I convinced myself to go back to bed.

When did these headaches start? About the time you got married? Hmmmm...

Seriously, take care of yourself and get things checked out. It could very well be related to your tooth ache.

YAY for taking 1st in the Stake! So glad you used Kristi's watch. NICE Tempo miles. How's the headache? The crosswind must have made it more miserable. WAY TO GET'ER DONE!!! So dedicated

JeffC- Yeah tell me about it. Has been a pain. Just getting to me more now I guess.

Smooth- Well I did donate blood that Monday after Bryce. And before the 24. I should have more iron in my diet for sure. What do you recommend?? More spinach for a while?

Marc- Hard to pin-point actually. Its just been a long while. Before I got married. I thought it was allergies for a while. But for the last few weeks I have been taking some new 24 stuff that works. And before that I had 50 days worth of another 24 stuff. So I dont know its been a long time.

Smooth- Yeah its been fun playing again. Been a few years. Headache has been off and on. Been taking motrin that helps but just doesnt seem to last very long. The crosswind just pushed me around and threw off the paces. But happy I got it done.:)

Great tempo in the evening Mark. Fighting off the winds and rain is always a challenge but it looks like a really good effort from the splits. Way to go!
