Yep running miles. I know its been a while. But yep I got in some miles. Was going to go with 1 of 2 things tonight. 2 miles or 4 miles. Felt good after the first mile. Small pains here and there. After that I was able to relax some so I thought I would go for 4. Wasn't much relaxing though on that 2nd mile since it was the uphill mile. Pace was slowing a bit but still kept going. So I am happy that I didn't stop on it. Just chugged along. Next mile is somewhat flat. And was somewhat surprised by how slow it actually turned out. And the last is downhill. One that I normal can easily get a sub 7 I was hoping for a sub 8. Overall though felt really good with the first real run back at it after about 2 and a half months. Last run on watch was SGM.
