After my run on Sat we went up to the running store.  Got a few more items that were on sale/clearence and it was great.  Also decided to sign up for the Grand Slam again this year.  So looks like I will be doing 4+ marathons this year.:)

Played Bball tonight.  Haven't felt good all week and took work off for a few days to feel better.  Finally feeling better and took it easy playing.  Hope I am over this cold.  The wife is still feeling quite sick though.

Felt good about last night bball playing.  And wasn't sore or anything this morning.  Feel like I am just about done with my cold thank goodness.  So went to the gym to get in a run.  Ran 3.1 first 2 warm up then 3rd mile was 7:05 or so.  Then did 3 sets of curls, incline bench press and leg press.  Then cold down doing 2 miles at a 8:30 pace.  Felt pretty good.  Got a bball game Sat morning at 7am I will run after that.

Had my 2nd bball game this morning.  We had 8 show up this time.  But I ended up playing all but like 4 mins.  So had quite a good workout.  We lost again but did alot better this time. 52 to 80.  This time I was able to score more then 1 pt so I was alot happier with that.  After the game showered and then headed to the gym.  Was hoping to get in a good long run.  But was pretty tired from the game and only managed 2.5.  So I am thinking running after playing isnt such a good idea.  Will have to figure out a better plan.  Since I finally got signed up for Ogden.  Man is that one filling up fast.
