Felt good about last night bball playing. And wasn't sore or anything this morning. Feel like I am just about done with my cold thank goodness. So went to the gym to get in a run. Ran 3.1 first 2 warm up then 3rd mile was 7:05 or so. Then did 3 sets of curls, incline bench press and leg press. Then cold down doing 2 miles at a 8:30 pace. Felt pretty good. Got a bball game Sat morning at 7am I will run after that. |
