Ran into Eric at church and he has been running all winter long.  And was up for a run this morning.  He has been doing 3 miles or 3.1 and so joined him for it.  It was a great run about 25 degrees and no wind at all.  He has come along well and was sounding and running good.  Kind of pushed it a bit harder on the 2nd mile and slowed down just a bit for his strong sprint for the last .1  Which we did at a 5:59 pace.  Overall it was pretty good and I stretched longer after this run.  Feeling pretty good now.  Lifting again tonight.

Just guessing on the distance here.  But worked out for like 50 mins.  MrsFit and I meet with our Tri trainer for a lesson in swimming.  And learned alot from her and worked on a few things.  But I was really suprised at how well I did for not swimming for over a yr or so.  My shoulder was hurting though trying some new pull.  And made it hard to sleep last night.

Was going to run with my wife.  And her back was a bit sore this morning so ran it solo.  Temp was great 32 degrees and no wind at all.  Ran kind of the same route of the Tues run.  Without the hill at the first mile for half of it.  Felt pretty good and just tried to relax.  Last mile I kept trying to keep it fast but relaxed.

Was a great looking day outside.  So got off work an hour early so I could go for a ride with my wife.  Temps were around 51 or so and only a slight breeze.  My head was the only thing that was getting cold really.  And had a nice and easy ride.  For the first ride of the year.

No bball game today.  Only one more really left.  So got out and ran with Jeff, Richard and got Aaron to join us too.  Sounds like Aaron is getting his act together now.  And signed up for SLC marathon in April.  Good for him:)  And the other 2 guys are only doing 14 this week.  Next week for them though will be a 31 miler.  That I will try to run one of the loops with them.

This was kind of a big running week for me.  And might of over did it some.  Since last week I only ran 4 miles and played hoops.  The week before was just a skiing and hoops.  So doing 1 day of swimming, 1 day of biking and 3 days of running.  Going from 4 miles to 13 was a big jump.  Felt pretty good and got talked into doing more then 6 miles and ended with 7.2.  And felt really sick after it.  Stomach was feeling bad and my head was not happy either.  My wife was feeling the same way but alot worse.  Rested the rest of the day and all of Sunday.:(
