Meet with our trainer again. And hooked up our bikes to a comptrainer. Which was really cool. So we did about 10 mins warm up and then a 10 mile time trial. It was kind of cool how it worked. It kept track of distance and speed of course. But then your watts, cadence, calories etc. And then also it kept track of which foot was working harder and if it was more pushing or pulling. Along with you going uphills and down. With it being on our own bikes was even that much better. So for that time trial I did it in 31:42 I believe at around 19.6 MPH pace overall. And got a good sweat going. |
