AM-  Got in some push-ups, planks, and flamingos.  Only 2 sets and didnt get a chance to do more.

 

PM-  Went for a nice run with MissFit.  Temp was good and a slight wind during the run.  And hoping for this kind of weather tomorrow for a nice bike ride.  Just tring to find a good route to run on a regular basis.  This one was a bit hilly to do as a everyday run.  So will need to find a flat area to get in some good miles.

Went out for a final run as a single man.  Slight wind coming from the South and a light rain.  We headed into it and felt like the first 2 miles had some good gradual uphills.  With most of it after that downhill.  Was nice to get in a good run on this soon to be busy day.:)  Got to love it baby!!

Got to work and decided to stay busy and did some strength training.  Did 3 sets of push-ups, planks, flamingo, lunges and bridges.  Oh and did some dips.  Been doing some dips off and on and was suprised today.  That first set did 10 and felt good.  Next did 15 and still felt good.  Last set was 20.  Feeling good and staying busy.:)
