Had a great bike ride with the wife.  Legs felt pretty good during and after the ride.  Legs are recovering well.  Walked about a mile or so at work too.  Which helped with the soreness too.  We were going for 45 mins.  Ended up not hitting that.  With a headwind going out and tail coming back speeds were like 13 and 20.  MrsFit is getting stronger and faster.

Ran and walked some with the wife at the gym.  Legs felt a bit sore and my left leg was still giving me grief.  Getting a bit frustrated with it.  Trying to be patient.
