Finally got to the gym for the first time in a long time. Also ran ealier this month for about 5 miles with the guys. But that is about all I have done since. Went to the gym with MrsFit and hit the elliptical for 40 mins. Then wanted to try out the legs on the treadmill. So ran on that for another 20 mins or so. Got to 2 miles and called it good. Been really lacking the motivation to get out and do anything. No races yet scheduled or plans that way.
Waiting to get a physical on the 4. And then start making some plans. Last few times I have had my blood pressure checked it has been high. So that my explain the headaches and being so tired lately.:( |
