Ah yeah.  Speedwork today.  Man how I love to do speedwork.  NOT!!  They are plan tough.  And this one was no exception.  Probably felt tougher since it is the first one in a while.  Due to getting sick and PCM.  Anyway it was a bit rough.  2 miles warmup with strides in the 2nd mile.  8 x 800 @ 2:52 (RI 1:30) and 1 mile cooldown.  Hit them good for the first 4 or so.  Then really started to struggle.  Made the distance.  Just hard to hold good form.  Walked on the RI to get the most of of the short recovery.

Wow, nice job. Speedwork is really tough, but I enjoy it more than an easy run.

Good workout Mark. ?What are you going to do next, Tri's, Biking???

Hope to see you in SG again. I'll be keeping everyone company back in the back. :-)

Dale- Yeah the time does go by faster at least.

Kathie- I think it was mostly just not doing much speedwork lately.

Jon- Well it will depend how I do at SG. If I BQ I will do that. If not I will go with more of my tri goals.

that many 800s are hard to complete, mentally. you have someone pacing you, I bet you hit them all easier.

either way, nice job!
