Long swim today.  Had a tough time getting into my groove or minnow state of mind.  Just couldn't relax on this swim.  Must of been that fast swimmer that was next to me.  Watched some of his strokes and tried to dub them.  And ended up throwing me off.  Just couldn't get back into it.  And ended up calling it good 100 short of what I needed to do.  Since the water arobics class showed up too.  Not the best swim.:(

300 WU 2x(50 closed fist, 20 normal) 4x50 golf swim 4x150 normal 10 RI(took longer though) 50 CD(should of been 150)

Dont know total time.  Was all off today. 50 or so mins.

Med run day.  Sure seems easy right now with only running 3.2 miles.  1 mile easy warm up then picked up the pace.  Building a base is really working on my patience.  I just need to stay focused on my goal in Sept.
