Had a busy weekend getting ready for the wedding. And missed doing our long run. So today before getting to work did some working out. Did planks, lunges, flamingos, up ups down downs, push-ups and bridges.

Needed to get in some kind of workout today.  Missed my run yesterday due to alot of running around.  So did some declined push-ups, lunges, flamingos, planks, and leg lifts.  3 sets is all I got to get in at break time.  More running around tonight.  I will need to get in a run tomorrow morning if I can or late after I drop off my girls.

No running today.  Did planks, flamingos, declined push-ups, up ups down downs.  Feeling stronger in all those areas.  Not so sluggish and it felt good all day long.  I think I will keep with the workouts at work.  Feeling alot more tone.

Went down to the JRP to run. Was a great morning for a run. Was barely snowing off and on. With really no snow on the trail. We head out at a good pace. But it felt good and we just kept cruising along. I think my watch was off around the turn around point. And ended up with 14.48 miles to MissFit's 14. And we hit it in 2hrs flat. So was a good long run. My last one as a single man.
