Safety meeting cut things short. PM- Went to the CHHS track and tried to do some interval speedwork. For the first attempt it went ok. Besides the fact that I haven't quite figured out how to get it to work right. Will have to mess around with it again later. So I can do the different intervals at the right paces. The screen I was looking at wasnt telling me my pace. So after messing up the first interval that should of been mile repeats turned into 400m repeats instead. So did 5 of them. With 2 miles warm up and cooldown with 400 then half a lap rest. Mile 1 8:10 Mile 2 7:50 Intervals 1:30 1:29 1:30 1:30 1:32 rest for half a lap.
