Finally got out and ran today.  Felt really good but faster then I wanted on this run.  Couldnt really see my splits with my jacket on.  Ran down at the park 4 laps.  Kind of windy too.  I will have to go do more shopping for some warm clothing.  Been a while since I ran and was wanting 6.  At mile 3 I was feeling it was good but kept going and started feeling better.  Ended up hitting the 6 I was wanting to do.  So all is good.

Glad to see you made it out again. I don't envy you guys running up there during the winter. We have been digging out all of our winter running cloths down here too, but nothing like what you guys have to wear.

Ya I just wanted to get in enough rest and recovery. Allergies have died down a ton. And I felt really good. I do think will have to look for something to transfer the heat better. I had like a heat rash on my chest and my knees were nice and red. Might be nothing. I have only ran really out like below 30 and about 60s not much in between for say.
