Well I am back to work. My back is feeling better.  Been walking, riding and swimming.  Even did some elliptical last week.  And it is feeling pretty good.  So I am back to work.  And was recalled back to my area I worked in before for the last 2 and half yrs.  So I will just be careful.  Still no running for a month or so.  So no competitive turkey trot.:(  But my back is feeling better then it has in a few years.  No knot in my back that is.  So just got to keep it easy for a while.  Will start keeping track more of what I am doing.  And hopefully lose the few extra pounds I have put on in the month I haven't been running.:)

With my summer off from running, I know exactly what you mean by extra pounds put on by not running. Good luck. It requires serious dietary disciplin, but you can do it.

Have you been off of work all this time? I sure hope you got that back trouble nipped in the bud!

Vinh- Thanks bro. Yeah I am getting back into it.

Rhett- Oh I hear you on the diet. And Halloween doesn't make it easy either.

Brad- Yep been off all this time. I do a lot of lift and moving stuff. So the rest was much needed. It has been feeling good so far. Not a lot of moving stuff really. Just moving around a few empty pallets and stuff like that.
