Ankle feeling good this morning.  Just finished up my push-ups for the day.  Did the 3rd week over again.  Since I felt I wasnt able to finish strong at the end of the 3rd day.  So was 14, 18, 14, 14, need to do 20 and did 24 for last set.  Gary hung strong next to me.

That's a lot of push-ups... I think I can do two if I try really hard...

I may be running Ogden too, it'd be so nice to meet you and the other bloggers! And I have a 10k this weekend as well - shooting for 48:00, but with my shin acting up you never know... what's your goal?

From Kathie on Tue, Feb 10, 2009 at 12:25:09

If you don't run and keep doing the push-ups you are going to have to do Ogden on your hands!

Just read your post about going to see the doc. Monday. Glad to hear you're making sure everything's good to go before vamping up the training. Safe running = happy long running.

Lucia- Oh its a good challenge I am glad Kathie brought it up. That would be cool if you come and run Ogden with us. I know its a great race so I hope to see you there. I am planning on just going and having a good time. I am a little late on my training and need to ramp it up alot mileage wise. So just finishing it is all.

Kathie- Yea we are getting there. I am enjoying doing the challenge. I am feeling stronger. Not sure about the sex arms just yet though.:)

Rhett- Thanks man its feeling alot better today still. Hope your foot isnt acting up.

Smooth- Thanks Smooth I should of checked it out ealier. Just havent been that focused on running lately. Getting back into it though.:)
