Coming up on 2 weeks now since I hurt my back again.  Was playing hoops and got blocked going up under the basket.  My back sure didnt like that.  And it wasn't for 4 days till I could kind of walk again.  What was I thinking???  Its finally starting to feel kind of back to normal.  Going to still take it easy for another 2 weeks or so though.

Good luck with all that, nothing is more painful than a messed up back, hope it is starting to feel better.

Walking around just fine now. And only hurts off and on with different things. Not quite up for running yet. Busy week at work last week and this one. I am hoping to get back into doing something next week with the wife.

I am just really lacking any motivation really.

MarkO-I think running doesn't injure us, it's all the other sports we play in between our runs. I now have a knee pain that I never had that showed up when I started coaching my boys' soccer team, and scrimmaging with the 8 year-olds! I hope you and Kristi are doing well, and just wanted to check in and say "Hi". Miss you, man!
