First started out with a 40 min swim. Had a good time doing that with the wife. And yesterday we took time after work to get Kristi's bike up and running right. So after swimming we took the bikes out to Saltair and rode that flat route. We did that with 22.5 or so loop in 1:14 and so it turned out really good. Got some things figured out with the handle bars. Kept changing it around to what fit right. Felt really good on it. And the only thing I had problem was with my feet being frozen.:) |
