First started out with a 40 min swim.  Had a good time doing that with the wife.  And yesterday we took time after work to get Kristi's bike up and running right.  So after swimming we took the bikes out to Saltair and rode that flat route.  We did that with 22.5 or so loop in 1:14 and so it turned out really good.  Got some things figured out with the handle bars.  Kept changing it around to what fit right.  Felt really good on it.  And the only thing I had problem was with my feet being frozen.:)

That's a big training day. Good job and good teamwork as usual.

Mark, Thanks for the text message!

When are we going for a run? I owe you the drive down your way for the next one. I might be able to on Saturday. I'll have to see how I feel next week. Hay, if you ever have a day off work and want to run, let me know. I haven't played hooky for way too long.

As for cold feet, you were obviously suffering from the wind chill because you were going too fast!

Flat- Yeah I am very luck to have such a great training partner.

Fly- Yeah I was thinking about you and Maynard out there. And knew you were going to do awesome out there. Yeah we will have to run this Sat for sure. Lets plan on that.
