AM- Got in some push-ups, planks, and flamingos. Only 2 sets and didnt get a chance to do more.
PM- Went for a nice run with MissFit. Temp was good and a slight wind during the run. And hoping for this kind of weather tomorrow for a nice bike ride. Just tring to find a good route to run on a regular basis. This one was a bit hilly to do as a everyday run. So will need to find a flat area to get in some good miles. TT 46:53 AP 8:40
