Went out for a final run as a single man. Slight wind coming from the South and a light rain. We headed into it and felt like the first 2 miles had some good gradual uphills. With most of it after that downhill. Was nice to get in a good run on this soon to be busy day.:) Got to love it baby!!

Got to work and decided to stay busy and did some strength training. Did 3 sets of push-ups, planks, flamingo, lunges and bridges. Oh and did some dips. Been doing some dips off and on and was suprised today. That first set did 10 and felt good. Next did 15 and still felt good. Last set was 20. Feeling good and staying busy.:)
