Got in my normal sets of flamingos, lunges, push-ups, planks and leg lifts.  Was hoping to get in a run after dropping the girls off.  But didnt happen.  Might need to really look into runs in the early morning again.  Once things get back to normal.

LOL so true. I am not sure what normal is. Just meaning more my normal set excercise.
