Rainy morning but it didn't stop us.  At church on Sunday we invited anyone to run with us in Priesthood meeting.  And we got 2 more to join us in the rain.  Jeff and Jeremy joined Pete and I for our run in the rain.  I called up Pete a few mins before starting and asked if he was still up for it.  Of course was the response and so I got ready and got moving.  My wife had to add in.  It would have to be raining mud for Pete not to be there.  He is a guardsmen for Pete's sake. LOL

Jeremy hadn't ran 2 miles before so we were running his pace and he made it pretty good.  And finished strong.

Mile 1 10:15

Mile 2 9:53

TT 20:14

Back felt great again on the run.  No problems there.

PM- Went to the gym again after work and got in 30 mins on the elliptical.  We had another showing at our house.  So we had to be gone for it.  Felt  good again.
