Got out for a early run again.  Only 2 miles again and felt great at the end of it.  Ran with Pete and Jeremy again.  Jeremy played hoops last night until 11:45 so the 4:30 running appointment was a bit rough for him.:)  Weather was a bit chilly and windy this time.  No rain though which was nice.  Our run was about 40 secs faster then it was 2 days ago.  Almost killed Jeremy though.  Had to slow it down for the last 200m or so.  Still a great run all around.

Mile 2 9:42

This isn't accurate to the miles.  It is 2.1 miles.  Using my stop watch on my ironman watch.  So no GPS.

Wife and I are planning on getting the bodybugg again.  To help shed of the few extra pounds we have put on the last few months we have been recovering from injury.  Will see how that goes.

Very encouraging. What is "bodybugg", by the way?
