Couldn't find anyone to run at the times I was needing to run.  So headed out early to get her done.  Goal was to run 6 miles at a pace that I could sustain the whole run without walking.  And most importantly without any pain in my back.  Check check!!  Not sure about a few miles in here.  Thought I would remember the mile markers from before.  But I might be off on the 3rd and 4th miles.  But rest felt pretty good.  The 3rd and 4th though are the same distance though.  On the 4th though is more of a downhill and 2 guys were starting to catch up on me a little.  I relaxed some more and pulled a way it would seem.:)  Overall a good run.  Felt good to get out and run a bit longer.

Thinking now that most miles are probably off.  I will have to find my Garmin charger so I can use it for more accurate miles.  Not that I am really into paces really yet.  But hopefully I will be soon.

Any way you cut it, those are faster than earlier in the week. Looking good.

don't be so fixated on speed at this point. Bring your running back slow and easy and take it easy on that back until it is 100%. Do not risk another use injury before everything else is in shape to handle the strain. Glad to see you back on the road.
