Hit the gym with my wife. We lifted 2 sets of everything we did. For legs, chest, bi, tri, back and lats. That took about 30-40 mins. After that we hit the spin class. Warmed up for 15mins before and rode the 1h in the class. It was a bit tough for me. Some of the hills I had to stop on. My legs were burning. Haven't felt that in a long long time.:) And was sweating a ton. My back was loving it though. |
