AM-  Got in some more exercises.  Did planks, declined push-ups, wall sits, flamingos so far.  I got to find another set of exercises for the other days.  And what a beautiful day.  I cant wait to get home and get in a run tonight.

PM- Went for the longer loop this time out by the airport 2.  Took the first mile slower to warm up and then start to push the pace and tried to hold it there.  At the moment the sub 8 min pace seems just enough for me.  Yet felt pretty good about the run and effort.

How about one legged squats and push ups on the stability ball?

Hey tell Kristi to look for us at the half. Tell her to look for three crazy girls (yes I am still a girl I just look like and old lady) in purple skirts!

Mark, any thoughts of latching onto the Boston pace and hold as long as possible, at Ogden?

From desi on Wed, Apr 29, 2009 at 22:00:42 from 161.119.83.62

Dale- Thanks Dale. Did get and and enjoyed it. I am actually liking it with a wind now more then without.:)

Kelli- I am doing most of my workouts at work in a lunch room type setting. Not alot to work with but chairs is the problem.

Kathie- Yeah I told her about you guys running the half. So she will be looking for you guys for sure.

MrsFit- Thanks love.

Mike- Hmm very tempting. I am actually think at the moment for going for 8:30 pace. Way off of my goal marathon pace for a BQ. But what I think I can hold for the whole race.

Desi- Thanks Desi.

Wall sits are doable! And one legged squats, too!!!

From Rhett on Thu, Apr 30, 2009 at 16:21:59 from 170.215.58.122

Mark, nice run.

So do you need a 3:10 for a BQ or are you at the 3:15 now? I think running Ogden at 8:30 is smart for now. Then if you are feeling it with a few miles to go, see if you can drop down to your BQ pace.

NICE workout and run! Looks like life is good to the newlyweds.

From huans32 on Fri, May 01, 2009 at 08:26:42 from 138.64.2.76

Kelli- I will have to try out some one legged squats.:)

Rhett- I need a 3:15 for my BQ now. Yeah I am feeling that a 8:30 is doable. And want to try and kick it up at the end if anything have a strong last 10k with no cramps.

Smooth- Yep life is good with all the new changes.:)
