Had a great morning run.  The stars were nice to see and it was nice and cool.  Today is my B-day so I treated myself to a nice early run.  And it was great.  Just 2 loops around the blocks.  Was a good pace too.  I feel my normal runs are picking up in speed.  So my overall speed is coming up. Avg pace 8:36 total time 51:35

Sounds like the best kind of birthday present!

Happy Birthday! Looks like the good training is starting to kick in, hopefully another year older means a year of PRs will be coming your way.

Happy Birthday Old Man! Now you are in the old man age group with me. Sounds like a great run for a birthday. Have a great day.

Jeff and I are the same age, so you must be getting OLD! Hey, Happy B-Day, hope you had a great day! Nice Miles.

Thanks guys. Its one of the few times I have had a Birthday and really liked that I got older. Got to like only needing a 3:15 instead of 3:10.

That extra 5, is worth it's weight in gold! No Friday run?

From huans32 on Fri, Aug 29, 2008 at 20:10:28

Might not tonight. Getting pulled into going to a REal Soccer game tonight. And had to run to the store. I will make up for it the next to days I am sure.
