Had a great ride with the wife out at Saltair. Quite a flat 20 miler. We tried to go for a hr. But had a bit of a wind for the 2nd half. And so took just a bit over 1 hr. But was a pretty good ride. To bad we dont leave closer to it or I could do my speed and tempo runs there. So had a great ride with the wife. Can't beat it.

NO! We were going to get them for our anniversary this summer, but decided to wait until after Boston. Scott says he will not use a bike until he has run Boston, then he wants to start doing tri's!

Well that will be cool. Is Scott going for a 3:15 or 3:20? We will have to meet up then for runs now for sure. And do some tri training later. But it will be after I BQ and go to Boston that I will do that too.
